This new initiative is designed to standardize and streamline data privacy protections for all students while providing support to the large management task of data privacy.
The REMC Michigan SDPC Alliance is here to help. This initiative will introduce a standardized Data Privacy Agreement, a centralized database of signed agreements, reduce admin and legal costs, ensure consistent student protections, and give districts shared bargaining power with edtech vendors.
